So Christmas Eve we were without heat and the storm had hit the day earlier. I called Gary at Absolute Comfort in Montville and he picked up. His power was out and he was getting blitzed with calls. He stayed on the phone and helped me get a temporary fix to give us some heat. This is the second time we have used Absolute Comfort. The previous time for a new HVAC system. Gary got back to me immediately, assessed the problem, drove to three different locations to get my parts and completed the job same day! Another servicer wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to replace my furnace and Gary fixed it perfectly and serviced it for hundreds.

Absolute Comfort owners Gary and Donna were life saviors. They were quick, helpful, understanding and respectful! Their crew got the job done with the same efficiency! I highly recommend this company!
