I have had a/c issues a couple times over my time here in mount pleasant in two different properties and can never get away without at least a $500 invoice. Recently, I had just got through a house flood a month earlier. And when storing stuff for a rebuild I realized my condensate pan was filling up and splashing causing water to stand slightly in my utility room. Shyster, So Beware! We own a few commercial buildings, meaning not all contractors are qualified for your job. We purchased a new business that had a HVAC system that struggled achieving a comfortable cooling range in Mount Pleasant, SC. We met with a few contractors and received quotes.
