Service was professional and attentive all while being able to answer questions to other appliances not in the scope of work. Will be utilizing services again in the future!
If I could give 0 stars, I would but unfortunately that's not possible. This "man" has held onto one of the keys to my house for several weeks now refusing to return it despite me asking nicely several times and despite him telling me he would complete returning it. He never has. Never will. Not what you do to your customers. Completely unprofessional not to mention unsafe. Now I feel like I have to change my locks because a stranger has had access and/or my key for several weeks now. NO THANKS.
Very knowledgeable and professional got my furnace up and running in no time! Best HVAC service around hands down!
I utilized this HVAC contractor's services at multiple properties over the course of several months. Daquan will always advise replacing over repairing existing HVAC units. He also has a tendency to over explain/communicate, which made me extremely uncomfortable. In hindsight this was likely his strategy for coercing us to spend more money.
Awesome service, quick and great work. Will use again in the future!
