What a great experience from calling and scheduling to the job completion. Phil and his counterpart were so friendly and professional. They even changed the dogs water in the bowl when they were done. Crazy as it may sound the house feels immediately better. I don’t trust many people/ businesses as I have had some terrible experiences but I definitely trust this business. They will def be on my 2 year call list thank you so much!! 10 out of 10
The technicians who arrived looked young and clearly didn’t have much experience. They had trouble locating some of the vents, didn't seem familiar with our HVAC layout, and had to call their office several times for instructions. I don’t mind people learning, but don’t send an inexperienced crew on their own without proper training or oversight especially when charging premium prices. I found Absolute Clean Air online this morning and not only did Phil call me immediately, they had an opening and came right to my house today. Phil and Tyler were complete professionals the whole time. I was given a quote and then walked through the entire process. They played with my doggie and even made sure to respect my kids who had to be in one room and cleaned that space last. I recommend this company for all who need a duct and dryer vent cleaning.
I had the absolute pleasure of hiring a fabulous company and their employees. New to Jacksonville, and having a family member who has asthma. Having my vents clean was on the top of my list for things to do. I have had vent cleaning in other homes throughout the US. None compared to the job that Absolute Clean performed.
