Happy all around. The office staff (Irene) was very pleasant. The gentleman (Elder) who came out to check my chimney and provide an estimate communicated very clearly explaining my options along with photos. After booking an appointment the team (Elder and assistant) showed up on time and did a very nice job with the repair clearly taking pride in their craft. I’d happily use them again.
I set an appointment for Monday morning, to get a quote on a new chimney. I got a barely legible text an hour beforehand I guess saying they can't come because it's raining (it wasn't anymore). I worked in home improvement sales for over ten years, there's no reason they couldn't have come and given me a quote. It's almost Friday now, and no one has called me to apologize or reschedule, either. This just isn't a serious company, in my opinion.
Great Job by Absolute Chimney Service. In and out,,, And boy did it need to be done. And when they left , clean as if they weren't there. I would recommend them anytime. Again, Great Job !!
By far, the best chimney company in Northern Westchester! I have used them for small duct cleaning jobs, and for major chimney work....every time I couldn't be more pleased. Elder and his friendly crew are thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and neat. And Eirene takes good care of you at all times. Work is top notch, professional, and pricing reasonable. Highly recommend Absolute Chimney Service!!!
