I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this company. The owner, Manny, personally came to my apartment and did an amazing job cleaning both my carpets and upholstery. My couch looks brand new, and the carpeted areas that had become worn from everyday traffic look fresh, clean, and revived. I was honestly surprised by how much of a difference the cleaning made. *Edited to include response to owner in photos* Aw man, I really do not like writing negative reviews for small businesses, but unfortunately, I feel like I have to. TLDR: I would not recommend this company for synthetic area rugs. We contacted Manny in January about cleaning some large synthetic area rugs, the biggest one being 9x12. He was quick to respond and his prices seemed competitive, and because we had dogs we paid extra for what he called an “enzyme treatment” to help with any odor that might be present. Manny is a great communicator. He keeps his word and his work is always outstanding. He has cleaned rugs, chairs, and couches for us - always high quality. I think we've used his services for almost 10 years and we'll continue to do so.

Manny has been cleaning carpets for Bay State Baptist Church for several years now. He is meticulous with his work. We have been on a regular cleaning cycle annually, our carpets now look new again.
