*Edited to include response to owner in photos* Aw man, I really do not like writing negative reviews for small businesses, but unfortunately, I feel like I have to. TLDR: I would not recommend this company for synthetic area rugs. We contacted Manny in January about cleaning some large synthetic area rugs, the biggest one being 9x12. He was quick to respond and his prices seemed competitive, and because we had dogs we paid extra for what he called an “enzyme treatment” to help with any odor that might be present. Manny is a great communicator. He keeps his word and his work is always outstanding. He has cleaned rugs, chairs, and couches for us - always high quality. I think we've used his services for almost 10 years and we'll continue to do so.
Manny did a phenomenal job cleaning my elderly Mother's carpet and sectional. He's compassionate, professional and takes pride in his work. I'd highly recommend his services.
