Contacted Mr Jackson to refinish my hardwood floors, so happy with the results. He was friendly, and professional and I will be recommending him too all my friends and family.
I came across this business after wanting to get my hardwood floors refinished from a cherry color to a light wood stain. The reviews online made me think Mr. Jackson was right for the job but I was wrong. The floors were not sanded enough as there was leftover finish from the previous color. Nothing was covered in plastic as it should have been and a fine dust got everywhere to include the vents left uncovered. I can't say enough for their service and quality. We have been using them for years now, and are always so pleased with their service.
I was happy with the job that Mr. Jackson did on my hardwood floors. He brought them back to life! I will be using his services for all future hardwood floor cleaning and so should you! Being a fellow veteran is nice to support other veterans building a business!
Mr. Jackson is very professional and courteous. He was punctual, friendly, wore a mask and had good communication. He was up front about the fact he started with carpet cleaning and has added hardwood floor refinishing over the years. His prices were very reasonable (although partly because it is the homeowners responsibility to move all furniture). Our floors do look better but not as good as I was hoping for.
