I have used Absolute several times at my home, my former place of employment (a restaurant) and for several of my real estate clients. Exception service, pricing, and results every time!
We had several impossible stains on the carpet going up our stairs and on our living room rug. When we called Absolute Carpet Care, the owner was friendly and professional. They were able to come same day and the "impossible stain" wasn't impossible for them. Our carpet looks brand new and our living room rug is as clean as when we bought it 4 years ago!! This is not a "in and out" service just to collect money, they actually care about customers' needs!!!! Highly recommend!!
Michael and his son cleaned our bedroom carpet along with the walk-in closet carpet and did a very thorough, professional job. They were prompt and polite. Kathleen and I would highly recommend their service.
