I would venture to say this guy only uses water and a vacuum to clean. After he completed our house he said the spots that remianed must be chocolate milk cause they wouldnt come up. After he left it took 5 minutes to clear these spots with cleaning wipes. Not sure how a wipe could get up such a resistant stain. Feeling ripped off. Would never recommend this company to anyone
I had my carpet cleaned after I moved out of my house. He did superb job. Carpet looked a 1000x better and smelled great too.
I have used this company a few times now and am very happy. The man is very friendly and helpful, always answers questions thoroughly and is glad to do it. One time I had a spot that didn't go away and the man gladly came back a week later and redid it at no cost and no questions asked. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him.
