We needed a carpet repair and cleaning in our rental house. Mike was super patient with me as I went to find a replacement piece and moving all our stuff out. When I finally got it all done he immediately knew who I was previously and put it on his schedule for a few days out. Very professional, honest, and thorough. After being quoted an astronomical price by another company, we had Absolute come out for a quote that was very reasonable. The job was completed in under a couple of hours and my carpet looks and smells wonderful. Would definitely use Absolute again in the future.
