Sorry it has taken me so long to write a review, but they did my carpet at the end of October. I have used carpet cleaning companies in the past, but he went above and beyond. I highly recommended Absolute Carpet & will be using them again.
Frank did an excellent job on our carpets! He showed up on time and did everything he promised. Very professional and a very friendly guy as well. He’s the only call we’ll ever make in the future for our carpets.
Frank did an EXCELLENT job. He is very professional & responsive. I needed something done last minute & he was able to move some things around and make it to my home within the hour. I will most definitely be using him in the future.
We love these guys! We’ve used them three times now and they’ve always done a great job! Very reliable, great availability, friendly and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. He’s even gone above and beyond for us. I have cream colored carpets, 4 kids, 1 husband and pets and Frank creates magic!
Tenants had left our house coated in grimy soot. Frank came out and washed walls, carpets, upholstery and drapes. He was knowledgeable and made sure he had the right products to remove soot. The carpet had pet stains, red stains and soot and he was able to remove them. He was prompt and courteous - a pleasure to work with.
