I’m not normally one to leave a review, although I would like to save others the hassle of having to experience what I did. As a single women with her first caravan (small teardrop camper) I felt completely disrespected and let down by this place. $730 later, charging for things such as servicing brakes (my van doesn’t have brakes). Many other extras charged on top that my van didn’t need or have when all I asked for was 2 new wheel bearings and an extension on the connection cord. I've used Absolute Caravans a few times now, the first time we used them they were able to squeeze us in, to repair our van before we went away on a short trip and they done a great job and the service I received was excellent, they explained everything to us including how much repairs would also cost, we have just used Absolute again as we required a new aircon and the windows needed re-sealing (some preventative maintenance) and again they done a fantastic job I was very impressed with the service they provided and could n... read more
