my sister from Russia and her family couldn't get to poland for dv lottery 2022 interview this year. They tried three times to get schengen visas to get to poland for an interview, but they were denied three times! Broke down on side of road called in the morning and was told techs were on other side of town and would not be able to get to me until much later probably not until early evening. Early evening came and went with Noone answering 24 hr line around 5pm. Called again next morning to see what's going on now I out of thier service area. I DO NOT recommend this company due to the fact the are not trustworthy. After reply I stand with my review.
