Ok. Here's the deal. We have eaten a LOT of Indian food. From the Middle East, to the Mid Atlantic, from Western Canada to South Florida, we have had some great Indian food. That said, this little, unpretentious food truck in Warrensburg, Missouri might be the best example of Indian food we've ever had. Their food truck is parked at a closed gas station. Had dinner at the Absolute Bowl tonight. Best Indian food we have had in some time. And it’s local! chicken tika cocked with mild. Very very good. Place an order and come back in 15 minutes for some deliciousness. You should try them. Get mild!
The food is absolutely amazing every time we go and the people are extremely kind.
Food was not as good as other Brick and mortar Indian restaurants. It does not look anything close to the picture advertised. It is Carry out only. No place to sit down and eat.
