I had an 3 hour clean booked with Betty (Dora) and it was honestly one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had with a service. She rocked up to the door and was unprovokingly hostile and rude. Initially she was angry about the parking situation on the street as it was paid parking - despite the fact I’d sent her a screenshot prior to the appointment of where the free parking was.
