Absolutely wonderful! I had knee and back pain that I thought was due to age (55) and being a former gymnast. Angela helped me so much! I can walk stairs when before, stepping off the curb was an issue. She let me make appointments on an “as needed” basis and didn’t try to put me under contract. She is full of recommendations (yoga, stretching, exercises) and suggestions to help along the way. She gave me a new lease on life!
I have been receiving treatment from Angela at Absolute Body Care (ABC) for over a year. It is incredible to find such a knowledgeable and talented therapeutic massage therapist here in Douglasville! I saw Miss Angela a week ago. She was amazing! I had bad back spasms and tight hips and she worked the kinks out. She also gave me tips for stretching and how to better care for my back. Her space is very calming and she has wonderful energy. I'll definitely be back.
