Do not hire this guy. He is a con artist as so many people have come to find out. Takes money for parts and doesn't show up or return calls. Filed felony charges against this guy.
Jesse did work on my refrigerator with acceptable results. Then, he cheated me. On the most recent visit, he said the repair required a certain part for which he charged me $217 in advance. Trusting him, I paid him. Months later, after repeated requests from me, he said the part never came and he would return my money. He sent just $117.50, claiming he was charging $100 for a "cancelled appointment." Of course, since the part didn't arrive, he had no appointment to keep. Do not hire this person.
All around excellence. I’ve only done a review like this once or twice before, but Jesse was so good it wouldn’t be right not to acknowledge him. I agree with all the positive reviews about his service and demeanor. He returned my initial call to him within a couple of hours. This person Jesse Piacine and his company Absolute Best Appliance is the worst I ever met. Those people doesn't know anything about refrigeration they are scam!!!
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Replaced my compressor on my fridge and stated a lifetime warranty on the part and one year on the labor.After five weeks the fridge was hot again. Now company states it is leaks in the coils and recommends putting a stop leak in the system. That did not work and even ruined the new compressor.
