Hunter is amazing. During my hvac service he saw something at my water heater that was a concern, he took the initiative to do a FaceTime with a plumber from their amazing plumbing team and gave me an accurate assessment, saving me time and money. He didn’t try to up-sale me for something that wasn’t actually needed and confirmed that even though it was something to keep an eye on, it didn’t need to be replaced right then.
