I had an incredible experience with Absolute Best Air! When our AC suddenly had an issue during a heatwave, their team responded immediately with an appointment. The technician, Daniel, was absolutely awesome and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had us up and running in no time.
The technician charge me more than the time that he was there in addition he did not thoroughly check and diagnose the area which led for a return visit of a new tech the next day, which is an inconvenience. This company pricing is over priced for the work they do
Hunter saved the day for us, was extremely knowledgeable, and resolved our AC problem on a very HOT GA day. Absolute Best Air was prompt in sending Hunter to us so we now will call Absolute for any future HVAC needs and request Hunter.
