I have always had good experiences with the woman that works there. She's knowledgeable and today I went in, told her I was pulling a lot of brass due to medication. She kept true to the color chart. I'm dark going grey. I wanted to try a different formula but with her advice, my hair turned out PERFECT! Whether you have a hair license or not, go here.
