My bathroom was completed today. My first experience of having a luxury bathroom fitted was overwhelmingly positive throughout. The manager, front desk and team of fitters worked seamlessly together and I was made to feel a valued customer. My naive questions were answered efficiently and promptly by everyone, both before and during the fitting, and I was never made to feel awkward by anybody. Delivery was delayed when I chased was ignored. Then attempted to get advise and assistance on one of the items, ignored. Called to be told will fidn out the information and call back.... nothing. If you want customer service or after sales care do not use this company at all.
We had our bathroom completely renovated in February, fabulous range of products and service, we opted for a shower, toilet, sink and tiles, it took two weeks and they were very professional, the bathroom looks amazing compared to what we had before. We would thoroughly recommend Absolute Bathrooms.
