Skylar was absolutely amazing and personable every time we talked, whether that be in person or over the phone. She was very straightforward, gave me lots of options, and explained everything very well
I had a problem with my Dodge Durango not starting. Absolute would not just start throwing parts at your car. They will troubleshoot and figure out what the problem is. They found no fuel pressure and wanted to drop the fuel tank and troubleshoot . After dropping the fuel tank they found a melted connector going to the fuel pump. I brought my vehicle in because it was making noises. Problem resolved but a couple of major issues were brought to my attention. I was told what needed to be done and is working towards getting these issues resolved. UPDATE: Issues resolved. Thanks again!
Needed to pop back in for some battery issues on my Acura and was met yet again with exemplary service. They always go above and beyond, remain honest, and have managed to fix things even dealerships couldn't figure out. I cannot speak highly enough about this place and those who run it. 10/10 would recommend.
