I just had a marvelous experience with this company. When I informed them that the product did not work, and that I had contacted the manufacturer and had been told it was obsolete, they replaced it with the correct, new model, and the system works perfectly. I have a driveway monitor and a mailbox monitor

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a driveway sensor that was damaged upon receipt. I called Absolute Automation (AA) and explained my problem, assuming they would replace the item with no problems because it was broken. However, I was Immediately told to call the manufacturer and that I would have to deal directly with them. When I told the individual that I didn’t purchase it directly from the manufacturer and they would not have any idea who I was, the gentleman at AA just blew me off and said that was what I would have to do. Highly recommend this company. They did a lot of automation work on my house, their staff is professional and do a great job. Any issues that arise they are quick to respond to!
