had service call today for truck that broke down driver explained the problem mechanic came charging us $85 for service call $85 per hour and $1.25 per mile mechanic came and did not have starter could not get the truck started and yet charged us $495.23 just to tell us that we have problem with the truck. who wants to pay close to $500 for them to come and tell you have problem?

Had service done 2 months ago, weld broke/failed. I called them and asked if they had any warranty since I was at another shop getting it repaired. They said NO, I paid $370 + to have it fixed so I got ripped off. Won't be recommending this place. They should honor their work or at least accommodate me half way for new repair bill.

Best shop in the Canton Ohio area (and I've tried them all!) Timely on repairs, great work, honest, good pricing. I have had everything done from body repairs, engine, brakes, and trailers etc.......Great shop!
