I called here to inquire about a vehicle that I saw on their lot that I was very interested in. I was met with aggression by Donnie. He was very offensive and aggressive right from the start. In fact, he even showed up to my own shop to argue with me face to face. There is something very suspicious about this place. I would stay away from it. I even reached out to a friend of mine who works for ISP to investigate. And Donnie, if you see this and you don't like my review, you know where I'm at.

I recently purchased a car from them & the experience was great! Honest, transparent & super accommodating. Followed through on several repairs that were needed. I only knew they existed because they were upfront & honest with me about this. Price was fair & overall I’d recommend any person wanting to purchased a used car for a great price from honest hard working people to visit Absolute Auto in Post Falls, ID.

Donnie the owner has 0 integrity. He sold my daughter a car with a broken water pump. He told her it was reliable and he towed it to her after she paid $1900 knowing it could never make the 30 mile trip. She drove it 2 blocks and it spewed water and overheated. Then he said he would trade it back for $900. We were going to accept this offer as it was cheaper than fixing the broken car he sold her. Then he wouldn't honor the trade he offered. He's a snake...BEWARE OF Absolute Auto...They are truly a ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
