Rich does not answer ever. After MONTHS of having my boyfriend's car. He never did fix it. He never answered the phone unless we called from another number. My boyfriend has gone over there many times to just try and get the car back (without fixing) because we've had it with this company- but there was always an excuse with him as to why he wasn't home. Went to Absolute Auto and Off Road to install a ball joint, level kit and wheels on my vehicle. The mechanics at Absolute did all that and recommended an alignment. An ABS light and traction control light popped on. I brought it back to them. They again said an alignment would correct these lights. So off I went. Took it for the alignment, and the lights were still on. Turns out I got code 0035 for a front left ABS sensor not working. The sensor got broken during the install of the tires. This company did misdiagnosis and charged me 50$ and don't wanna fix my car.Not professional at all. I have camera on my dash and I can hear him cursing on me for no reason. I just wanna make him "famous" and save other people money.
