Chance just serviced our car, 2016 Model X. He was incredible at his job and I love your service. Very nicely done - happy to leave something more official if you send a link. The only improvement you could make is to give a call at the start of the appointment time period and give an ETA. Upon receiving this message, Absolute Auto Glass got back right away that they are working out a new software to allow customers to track technicians and their exact arrival.

He explained the process clearly, was totally transparent about pricing and timing, and there were no surprises—just honest, high-quality work. On top of that, Jeff was easy to talk to and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. If you need a windshield replacement, I highly recommend giving them a call!
