Chance just serviced our car, 2016 Model X. He was incredible at his job and I love your service. Very nicely done - happy to leave something more official if you send a link. The only improvement you could make is to give a call at the start of the appointment time period and give an ETA. Upon receiving this message, Absolute Auto Glass got back right away that they are working out a new software to allow customers to track technicians and their exact arrival.

He explained the process clearly, was totally transparent about pricing and timing, and there were no surprises—just honest, high-quality work. I had my windscreen repaired by Absolute Auto Glass and was very happy with the overall experience. The initial service was quick and professional, but there was a small issue afterward. I contacted at least three auto glass companies and none were able to fix the loose rear view mirror on our truck. Ryan, with Absolute Auto Glass arrived and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes which included the time showing us the cause of the problem. His professionalism and expertise were exceptional. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have any type of auto glass repair work done and will recommend this company to our family and friends.
Super quick response. Had 2 negative experiences with the largest glass company prior. They showed up with Inferior blemished glass. Cancelled installation. Called Absolute. Out the next day, with an unblemished windshield, tech was awesome, installed in 1 hour at my home. Paid a little more than big name quote, but it was so very well worth it. I highly recommend this company.
