I was especially impressed that the day after I purchased it, I noticed a creaking sound coming from the rear driver side every time I went over a bump or around a corner. Polite, friendly and truly cares.He was able to fit me in cause he knew the urgency and still was super thorough w my car inspecting everything to make sure I had safe travels for my long journey. Very honest , hard working and reliable and trustworthy:)
