The owner Troy Johnson is first rate. If there should be any issue with an appraisal completed by his firm you can count on him taking this seriously and reviewing any complaint you might make.
BUYER BEWARE - you can not choose your appraisal company, but you can request NOT to use a specific company. I suggest doing exactly that and requesting that Absolute Appraisals NOT conduct your property appraisal unless you are looking for a very conservative valuation. We attempted a refinance with a local credit union. A key question in response to our appraisal was completely ignored. No response at all. This led to our refinance being significantly delayed. In the brief time he was actually on our property for the appraisal he showed no interest in the details of if the property.
