Excellent service & office team. On time! Skilled technicians. Service was for Fall maintenance & checking duct work in the attic on a very hot day. You do not know what you are not getting until you experience exceptional service.
We like the service of seeing how close the driver is to arriving. Zip continually improves! Zip offers very quick turnaround time, which can sometimes be a true lifesaver. We can trust Zip & that says a lot! They also have made great suggestions for other related services.
Had issues with new AC and funace installation and many issues after. The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the owner, Chris, provided extra care and warranty to make up for the issues. Since the issues I have scheduled twice for an annual cleaning/maintenance and both times nobody showed. I was told by the receptionist, Jeanie the first time, and Julie, the second time, that I was never put on the schedule even though I have the date and time I called and scheduled.
