Very disappointed with the service we received. Came out for a spring servicing, and left with my whole basement flooded. When my babysitter ran outside to tell the employee he said "sounds like a you problem". Then lied to my husband saying he didn't even come in our home. I'm not saying he needed to fix the leak, but when you turned the water on, and it busted a pipe that you noticed when checking the furnace you could have respectfully said something!
I’m always happy with the service I receive with ZIP.
Had Zip out for a cleaning and inspection. Easy process from start to finish!
Technician was early and communication was fantastic.
