Absolute Air & Power did an outstanding job on the installation of my replacement air conditioning system. We have been using them for over 10 years. Tom and his team were great to work with. The technicians were professional, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Tom took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend Absolute Air & Power for anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.
I called on 7/2/26 to make an appointment for service on my AC unit that Absolute Air & Power installed and I was told I would get a call back on 7/3/26 No one called. I called again on 7/6/26 and spoke with a woman who said she was putting me on Tom's schedule for 7/20/26. No one called or showed up on 7/20/26. I called again on 7/21/26 and left a message on the voice mail still no call back. So after waiting 26 days for service they dont call or show up.
A day after we closed on our house at the end of June, our central air unit crashed out. I called Tom that afternoon and he came first thing the next morning. Although not great news having to buy an entirely new central air system, Tom and his team made it happen in less than 5 days - not to mention during a heat wave! Couldn’t recommend them enough, will definitely be using them for future mishaps!
I am beyond happy with the service I received from Tom and his team at Absolute Air & Power! From the first call I made to set up an estimate, to the estimate, to installation today everything was great! Everyone was professional, worked as a well oiled team and installed central air and a split in my basement. They arrived at 8am and by 3pm, everything was cleaned up and my house was nice and cool! My only regret is not calling them sooner!!
