I have been using Absolute Air and Power for over 10 years for both my AC and Heating needs. Their yearly service plan is extremely reasonable and worthwhile to keep your system in tip top shape for all the seasons. I've had a new AC system recently installed by Tom and his team -again the work was extremely professional. Working with Tom, his son, team and office managers is a pleasure, and I would highly recommend AAP to anyone with concerns of working with a trustworthy professional HVAC service.
Responsive, reliable and most of all everything was high quality. I needed a new central air unit and furnace and from the initial appt to the installation, my entire experience exceeded expectations. I don’t highly recommend many companies but this one “absolutely” earned it.
I want to thank Absolute Air and Power for servicing my AC unit today. They went above and beyond helping me, especially want to thank Samantha who actually went to pick up the part and Tom who installed it. Thank you so much!
Great service, ac wasn't getting cool enough in the hot weather. Called for emergency service, appointment was within 24hrs and the owner Tom followed up. great service, very professional and courteous, diagnosed problem and went over multiple solutions. Didn't try to upsell me or sell me service not needed.
