I give a five star to Cody the installer. He was great. He came On time took out my old AC put the new one in and the upgrades all within four hours. Stephanie was great about trying to get my AC fixed on a Sunday for me. I was super happy.. The four comes with trying to get reports to my Home #Warranty getting the runaround for more than almost a month literally having a breakdown with life due to the fact, there was no cool air in my house. Skilar was excellent in getting me scheduled on short notice & Charles, the tech, did a fantastic job. My unit was acting up and not cooling. They went above and beyond to get it taken care of quickly. Charles was a total pro, really thorough & efficient. He’s a great asset to the company. I’ve been in the construction trades for decades and have dealt with many different HVAC companies. I highly recommend Absolute Air AZ. Way to go!
