I have used YES! for both an HVAC install, shower pan/water leak horror show, and most recently a new water heater. They have always done a great job for me. My recent tech, Oscar was great and very helpful. My only complaint with them as a whole is with the woman who took my call after hours from the supposed "Emergency line". She couldn't have cared less and acted like I was bothering her. I had water flowing out the bottom of my water heater and as a first time homeowner, I had no idea what to do.
