Dennis Fort was amazing. Very personable, great personality and professional. Assessed the issue within 10 minutes, gave me options and got to work, On a Sunday. My house was 88 degrees since Friday night. I did not schedule my appointment until last Saturday night once I did what troubleshooting I could by cleaning coils, filters, etc. That is less than a 24-hour turn around for an appointment.
