Dont bother going into the medi-spa if you are asian. The esthetician asked me halfway through if I was using a groupon, as though she had a cheaper program for cheaper clients. When I asked the front desk about the groupon question they avoided me. I pre-bought a 6 visit pass and I was only able to redeem it twice before I had enough of being treated poorly, so they managed to make pure profit from a "poor" customer.
We’ve been loyal clients here for over 5 years, so it’s disappointing to write this. My mom recently went in for a microdermabrasion, and the treatment lasted barely 15 minutes, which felt very rushed and not worth the price. Over the years, we’ve also noticed that the amount and quality of products used during treatments has gone down, which feels like cost-cutting at the expense of clients. Fatima is a god send !! from booking with her to my actual appointment my experience throughout was amazing , she took the time to talk about my concerns and answer my questions. As a first timer trying laser hair removal I was a bit nervous but Fatima made me comfortable!! she knows her stuff and her confidence level made my experience even more satisfying as I knew I was in good hands with her !! visit here you will not regret !!!
