Honest and quick. John came in looked at my stuff and didn’t sell me on anything I didn’t need. He then proceeded to take about an hour and a half to clean 2 carpets, an area rug, and our couch. He then walked me through everything so I could see that the stains were gone using his blue light flashlight even the animals stains.
