Had two DEF related problems with my truck at different times. One was not covered under warranty and they diagnosed the problem specifically and correctly. As a side benefit, they sold me the part at a discount. Second time was covered by warranty. Again they diagnosed and fixed the problem in one day. I can't express the value having competent service workers available right here at home. I highly recommend this service department from the workers at the front to the mechanics and support staff. Thank you!
My wife and I just recently purchased a vehicle from here while on vacation. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off in our new (used) vehicle we were treated with the utmost respect. It was a very clean facility and it seemed to be well run. We didnt feel like we were being pushed and they were fair on their pricing. Horrible would give zero but one star min couldn't even get service secuduled at this place so crappy don't even know how this place is still in business the people here wouldn't have jobs if I had this place needs new owners or managers or close doors
The service department is absolutely terrible. They failed 3 times on one vehicle in one visit. Ignorance and unwillingness to put in the work seems to be the problem around there.
I would avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona from them around August of 2025. It had low miles and seemed to be mechanically sound. After two weeks issues started coming up. The car started to get a tick, I brought it back to them and Gavin went on a ride with me to hear the tick, he said he didn’t know what it was but could hear it.
