Horrible. Brought my dog with a cough, had 10:00 appt. At 11:30, still in hot car, pretty cruel . Sitting in car made for that long made her cough worse. Could not bring in because of possible kennel cough. I get the possibility of contagious - kennel cough. They wanted a $400 exray, before even seeing her,, total rip off. No compassion. As the nurse that came out heard her huffing & coughing money hungry BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY DID not rate 1 star
I will never return here. Multiple issues but my biggest issue is that I was sold a culture for my cat's infection and told 2-3 days and it would be done in house. We they lied, it was sent out and will take 2 weeks! I would never have spent $275 on a culture that would take 2 weeks, as the cat will either be better or be sicker and back in the vet's office by 2 weeks. Absecon Vet is the best around! I have been taking my dogs there for about 20 years. They are courteous and knowledgeable and fair. My youngest pup was recently diagnosed with a rare condition and the vets at Absecon figured it out quickly and got her on the right medication. Now she is feeling a lot better! They were very fair in terms of fees and gave awesome service. I would recommend Absecon Vets to anyone with a pet!
Outstanding! I’ve been using Absecon Veterinary Hospital since our mini Bernedoodle puppy joined our family in June. The technicians and doctors have been excellent since her first vaccination visit to her Spay and hernia surgery. Even during this Pandemic, they have handled visits professionally and with kindness. Dr. Constantini did a superb job on her spay and hernia surgery and is known for her meticulous incisions. I have to give a huge thank you to the staff for how amazing they were putting my boy to rest last night. They made sure him and I were both comfortable and they were so compassionate. It was the hardest decision I have ever made in my entire life, and I am so thankful that my very last moments with my heart dog were so peaceful because of how well they handled everything. I have to say Thank You Soooo much to the doctors and staff Saturday my Doghter wasn’t feeling well as we go to AC so decided to take her to the hospital. I am sadder by her diagnosis but happy with how she is doing with the medication they provide. She enjoyed the rest of the weekend and praying she beats. Thank you again continue to do great work everyone 😁🙏🥰.
We started bringing my gentle giant, Lucy, to absecon vet hospital in June. She was diagnosed with a tick disease. In July we returned there and she was then diagnosed with bone cancer. Dr Fitzpatrick cane out to the truck and showed me x rays. He was very comforting. Once we knew for sure that it was cancer he called me to tell us our options.
