The Doctors and staff are exceptional. My Blue Heeler is high anxiety and not friendly. Mma had teeth and ears cleaned, annual shots and nails done. She had to be knocked out. Team understood our concerns. Handled amazing, keeping us informed throughout procedures. They called next day to check on Mma. Very pleased.

Today was a rainy miserable day. My sweet Roxi pug had diarrhea really bad for the last couple days and I brought her in to make sure she was ok. The emergency fee is expensive because of the fact it's an emergency but I look at it as they are there when you need them instead of making your pet wait to see their regular vet. They explain every single detail including the possible costs and recommendations .They accommodate you and are so welcoming when you call. Unfortunately after 13 beautiful years with our pup, we had to make the difficult decision to put him down. From start to finish, everyone involved in the process was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better, more seamless process. The room is calming and peaceful and you have the opportunity to spend the last moments with your pet exactly the way it should be. All around outstanding service from a very well oiled and caring veterinary emergency office. Highly recommend if you are in need of urgent services. They were able to accommodate our need for care within 1 hour of my calling. We had traveled out of state with our dog who developed a mysterious cough, runny nose and all too frequent episodes of reverse sneezing.
