Today was a rainy miserable day. My sweet Roxi pug had diarrhea really bad for the last couple days and I brought her in to make sure she was ok. The emergency fee is expensive because of the fact it's an emergency but I look at it as they are there when you need them instead of making your pet wait to see their regular vet. Dr. Mitchelle was such a refreshing change for myself and my 11-year-old dog, Cosette. After being with my previous vet for many years, I realized how important it is to feel heard and respected when making decisions for your pet. Unfortunately after 13 beautiful years with our pup, we had to make the difficult decision to put him down. From start to finish, everyone involved in the process was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better, more seamless process. The room is calming and peaceful and you have the opportunity to spend the last moments with your pet exactly the way it should be. All around outstanding service from a very well oiled and caring veterinary emergency office. Highly recommend if you are in need of urgent services. They were able to accommodate our need for care within 1 hour of my calling. We had traveled out of state with our dog who developed a mysterious cough, runny nose and all too frequent episodes of reverse sneezing. This was the best experience I’ve had at a vet.Went in with my cat thru Emergency services and the service was so fast. Nurse Nicolette looked immediately at my cat and then proceeded with handling my cat to see how he was with her assistant in training. nurse explained the step by step process on how to hold my cat to her assistant and ive never seen my cat so calm, she did beautifully.
