Preferred Care took great care of my cousin. The staff was kind and always attentive, and the place was clean. The therapy team was awesome—really encouraging but not pushy. I am very happy with the care and rehabilitation my mother is receiving. The therapists, nurses, aids, etc. are kind, understanding and very attentive to her needs. This is not our first experience with rehab but now we can rest easy knowing she is safe, clean, her environment is clean and she is improving every day.
