I want to thank you for the excellent service I received at the ABS Tech this past week. The installation I had received from other garages left me with little hope of a low cost installation; however, your mechanics found the problem in a faulty $12 switch and replaced it at no charge. Got my brakes and suspension jobs done here. Great service cool people.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail! Very professional and clean shop. They even tried to help me with some shoddy work done by the dealer I purchased my truck from in order to save me a trip. In the end, I decided to go back to the dealer and have them fix the issue. However, I was impressed that the guys at Alec's really tried to help me out. Nowadays it is hard to find customer service anywhere, so definitely will come back if I need any accessories or custom work on my truck.
