I never leave reviews, but I am furious. This place is a complete waste of time. I called a month ago asking if they had appointments available for a formal evaluation for my 11-year-old son for his Social Security/Medicaid benefits, as I have been having trouble finding a place with availability for his age group. I was told yes and asked if I had a referral from his PCP. I got the referral, called back and left a message that I had sent the referral in. I expect these things to take time. Do Not Use this Agency Unless You don't care about the ABA therapy your child will receive. This company and its BCBA Natalie Knott surely think they are masters of manipulation they do not care to provide real ABA methods to kids, teens what have you, they only care about making money find a real company that is interested in applying clinically proven ABA approaches or get a private independent BCBA to work with your kid one on one to get the maximum results to help your child along the Journey of improving their lives and... read more
AVOID IT --- This is a very very strange little organization we have here - they DO Not have any accountability and will lie to save face. Upon getting a call back from a referral they have you texting all your personal information to a "secured" line and threaten you that you will loose your appointment if you dont. I had to send my social to verify TRICARE and anyone who knows TRICARE knows a DOD is sufficient form of verification.
