We had the pleasure of picking ABS for our complete basement renovation. We screened a number of other contractors but Thomas was the only one who spent an hour walking us through the entire process in detail, any challenges he saw, and ultimately how to get the job done. We have owned our home for several years and finally had the ability to upgrade the upstairs bathroom. We got a mix of bids from personal references and Home Advisor. Tom has great vision as to what a finished project will look like. He is very good in explaining the process in details. He will always alert you of the estimated arrival time and never late. He’s organized, thorough, pays attention to detail, positive and all the other good attributes that a contractor should have. I surely recommend Tom of ABS Home Improvement.
ABS is the simply the best! My wife and I just purchased our first home knowing it would require immediate renovations. Tom was able to come out immediately to meet us and evaluate our needs. I hired them to tear down an old, aging storm door with sidelights, and replace it with a new storm door and a wall where the old sidelights used to be. The price of this project was a bit out of my budget, but understandable due to the materials they used. I love how the new door complements the front of the house very well, so the job done was worth paying for in the end. The men were very responsive, professional and friendly.
