The staff is very professional but I guess this one is on me. I asked for natural hair braid removal and was told it wouldn’t take more than an hour. Six hours and $400 later we were on our way. Apparently my daughter’s hair was matted. I wish it had been communicated to me that it was going to take longer. I did go up and ask halfway thru but by that time I was committed I guess. Just overpriced and took way too long. Once again it’s on me too but just for people to be aware $60 an hour for braid removal.
