Terrible Customer Service – I bought a pair of pants for $250 that fell apart after washing them once by carefully following the washing instructions. I contacted the store on several occasions and each time was told "there was nothing they could do about it." I am appalled at their terrible cusotmer service and lack of responsibility for clearly defective merchandise. This store is a complete rip-off and not worth the money. I don't need to spend that much $$ and be so rudely dismissed.
