Walked into this establishment in two separate occasions and all I heard was whom I believe to be an owner yelling at his staff, berating them. How unprofessional. As a supervisor I would never speak to my staff like that especially in front of other customers. As a customer I would never support a business that has no respect for their staff. I think I will go to The Barbershop down the street and get a cut from barbers that are respected. A management class may be helpful but my first and second opinion will not change.
First time to ABs. My hotel was next door amd I was in desperate need of a mens basic haircut. I'm usually apprehensive about trying new places but took a chance. Scheduled a same day appointment on their easy to navigate online site for any available barber. I showed up a little clearly and they got me right in. Manny was my barber and he did an amazing job. Abs the best place hands down. Brian is your guy…Reliable, experienced, and always willing to make it right no matter what. If you wanna change up your style he’s got you. He takes the time to understand what you want and he really cares about his clients. He’s also done my kids cuts and they love it! There’s a reason I’ve been going to him for so many years now.
