Very helpful to solve my car and truck issues.
Went in for an oil change, took around 10 hours to complete (dropped the car off at opening time and only collected just before 8). When I was told I can come in and grab it I had to stand around for another hour and a bit. Requested a specific oil as per specialists recommendation, although I rang this garage twice during the day and spoke to them and have mentioned this prior to booking, they decided not to tell me that they are going to put whatever oil they wanted in the car until I came to collect it.
