I’ve been ABS customer for a long time. I’m very happy with this place. The owner - John Haramis is very knowledgeable and honest. He would never push you for something which is not necessary. Their service is great and they charge much less than BMW. Thank you, John!
I have only ever gone to the dealership’s service center for my 2012 3 series and this time around, I decided to Google if I can go somewhere that may be better priced. I stumbled upon ABS and let me tell you, I could not be happier!!! The customer service and John and crew was unmatched and felt very family oriented. John let me know of a couple things to watch out for as well as giving me some details of the ins and outs of the car that I didn’t know. I highly recommend this service center for all your needs!
I left ABS extremely happy with my overall experience. John is very professional, thorough with his vehicle check and the communication is impeccable. I brought in a 2015 bmw which had not been properly maintained or serviced for a year or more. John was quick to detect the issues and clearly communicated what needed to happen next. Workmanship was top tier. Total cost wouldn't put a dent in a BMW dealership invoice. Highly recommend John and ABS.
