Called Abrilaire last week because my girlfriends AC wasn't working. The tech that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems right away, and got it up and running. He also gave me some tips on maintenance and patiently answered all my questions. Pricing was reasonable. The central AC is 23 years old and will go back to them as needed. Highly recommend.

We called Abrilaire for routine maintenance and check-up on an air conditioning unit that had not been checked for seven years. The two technicians were very professional, finding one component (2 pole contactor) that was operating outside of normal range and replaced it for an additional charge of $188. The technician was also very helpful on cleaning and providing advice on a cat-box-related dust condition in the HVAC room, and he added removable tape around the container where I replace filters to reduce the air flow into... read more

Our HVAC went down (I'm renting) and there was no power to the thermostats, so I called the number on boiler. John answered and said that just about every time someone calls about this, it's because someone hit the cutoff switch at the top of the basement stairs. And if course that's exactly what it was, cleaning lady flipped it by accident. Thank you!!

Last summer our central air went out just as a 100 degree heat wave was coming. When no HVAC companies had any availability, I called John and he immediately responded. With in a day we were back up and running just in time for the hot weather. A year later, it was time for a regular service call, so I called Abrilaire to do a maintenance check.
