Horrible, avoid at all cost! I express disapointment in them not respecting a quote deadline, saying it did not made me want to go foward with them and their answer: they cancel the quotation altogether at the last moment, knowing it could badly affect me. It was pure malice. Annick was very rude and unprofessional. Fortunatly, I had other options
