Cashiers are always nice and attentive , Ive been a memeber for over 2 years and i make withdrawals and deposits on the regular , this might not seem like a big deal to you guys but when I come to this location I give the older white lady my I.D in her hand she places it on the counter when she gives it back. I made my withdrawal she places my money on the counter instead of in my hand and I think it's very rude to place my items on the counter top.

This place is such a joke. Systems been down for DAYS now and cant use my money I have in there. Also haven’t ever been able to use my online banking and they just tell me its user error and that I need to go to Romeoville to fix it. Im pulling my money out of here the second I get the chance. I’ve been using this bank for over 10 years now and it has been nothing but problems from the start. This was the final straw. Absolute trash.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. The tellers are always helpful and super polite. They know the banking business!
