One star is too high...I wish I could give it a zero. I went there on June 7, 2023 because I was having pain in my side. It ended up being appendicitis. The Dr asked if I could be pregnant. I told her "no" that I had an ablation on my uterus, have not had a period in over 5 years AND there is no way I could be pregnant. I literally told her it would be the next baby Jesus and to not do a pregnancy test. The Dr did a pregnancy test anyways. They never told me they did the test OR gave me the test results. The worst medical facility I have ever been to. I waited for 3 hours at the emergency room and never did get to see a doctor. That was at 3:00 AM and I was the only person there.

Discharged from surgery and in the ER 3 hours later with complete dehydration. Could have died. Have you not heard of hanging fluids for patients? Had to pay co pay for ambulance and er. I would rather not be treated than have to go to this hospital ever again.

If I could give it less then a star I would sat in a room for about 5 hrs with my shoulder popped out in terrible pain never got as much as a Tylenol for it the dr had horrible bedside manner dr told me at 6:30 oh it’s shift change it’ll take us a min to get back in here to get that back in place didn’t show back up until close to 10 pm never got anything for pain even thought my blood pressure was in the 200s from the pain just sat there holding back tears and biting my lip avoid at all cost please even if you live close ma... read more

Christopher Waranch "treated" me in the ED, horrible experience, I came to the ED 2 differ times in 1 wkend, both for a locked shoulder , neck, and back. the first visit on super bowl sunday wasnt that bad bc i was never seen, i left due to over crowding and very sick (ps covid) people around me, the wait was going to be hours . I did have to go back monday morning bc my condition didnt improve by just resting. I had spend two day Abrazo West Campus. I came in there with high sugar count poor liver function. Out 2days I was there I only saw one doctor for less than 5 minutes on my liver no other doctors for my high Diabetes came check on me. When in Er they had code red witch means guy with gun in hospital when came locking down room young lady told me if she know I was in ER she not lock down room hope I was first person that would be shot if they came in room . Would not even give this place 1 star. I have had 4 different experiences with them with 2 of my sons and the care they received was horrible! My son had two broken legs and layed in a hospital bed in the ER hallway for 10 hours, he had to urinate in a bottle in front of anyone that walked by. Clearly there is no HIPPA at this hospital. The did absolutely nothing for him and would not document medical necessity for him to be transported back home. This place is worthless!!!!

This hospital is the biggest rip-off. My husband went to the ER July 2020. They did a CT scan which they charged $16,000 for, for 2 broken ribs! You can get one for $300 at a radiology lab. When we received the bill they charged for things never received. Morphine that was never given, hope whichever nurse took it enjoyed it. They left him sitting for over 2 hours and then told him there is nothing they can do for him. They charged for lab work that was never done and there is absolutely no recourse for disputing a bill. If I could leave zero I would. The Hospitalist Dr Satapathy is horrible. I was in the ER and he just walks in without saying anything to me and starts putting his stethescope on me when I asked who he was he just said the Hospitalist. I ended up being admitted for high BP and come to find out a stroke. Only one Dr out of all of them I saw in my three day stay in ICU introduced themselves.
