The medical clinic is completely unprofessional and their goal is simply not patient care. Patients receive clinical information from staff who refuse to provide their first or last name. The staff have access to patients' complete medical records yet refuse to provide a basic level of transparency. This is shady at best and evasive at worst. This is the most unprofessional, least helpful clinic that simply could not care less about patient care. Their front office makes it clear that phone calls to the clinic are burdensome and inappropriate. The clinic staff bluntly refuses to give their first name to patients. This clinic's goal is 100% business and will treat you like a customer not a patient. I have never experienced a medical organization that treats patients in this manner.

I was looking for a new doctor because mine sold her practice after 30 years of being there, so came to this clinic hoping to find a new primary care Dr....very bad timing for me health wise.....but if you are in need of FMLA paperwork don't bother coming here. Put a fork in this location, in my opinion they're done. Lousy communication doctors leaving (Raza) now take forever to get an appy unless you want a nurse practitioner.
